Ephemeral Landscapes

Ephemeral Landscapes is a series of VR exhibitions through the digital remnants of land art history.
The project speculates new forms of experiencing ephemeral art by playing with the role of the digital in new and unexpected ways. The perspective of floating through the digital exhibition is enacted as a form of resistance towards the museum’s infrastructure, questioning the idea that we need a ground in the first place. The ephemerality of the VR space, represents itself a total annulation of space and time. Art, in this sense, can be considered ‘timeless’.
