This visual narrative represents a parallel-world, in which, due to the overconsumption of sunlight, the natives have to deal with a change in the supply of light. Inspired by the bible story ‘the pharaohs dream’, one would have to live 7 years with daylight, followed by 7 years in darkness.

The visual representation shows both worlds and the shift of man’s role in inhabiting the earth. In search for a new medium to communicate a visual story, many materials and techniques have been explored such as, water colour, paper cutting, laser cut, pencil.
