Fibrous Tissue

Some believe that our internal identities are reflected in the external world. The human brain is exquisitely attuned to patterns in nature, the cosmos, and scientific observation, having evolved this capacity for survival—to anticipate threats and interpret our surroundings amidst potential dangers. Patterns reveal themselves through the interplay of short- and long-term memory, emerging as a means to navigate and understand our environment.
The Fibrous Tissue project explores my personal journey within domestic spaces, using visual language inspired by the interiors of bodies, architectural spaces, trees, and the organic forms of human and nonhuman anatomy. These elements, woven into the texture of my life, become a layered reflection in VR installation on memory, perception, and the dynamic interplay of inner and outer worlds.
